Issue with cloud profile


Good morning,

when i first logged in to the realm cloud platform, and went to check my profile settings, “unknown” appears as the user that’s logged in.


Sorry about this. It is a known issue that we will be fixing as we roll out more account management features.


This happened to me as well, and sadly I logged out and now cannot log in again. Is there another way to report this such that it can be fixed? If not, will this thread be updated when the new account management features are rolled out?
