All changes to data will trigger a notification including changes that result from conflict resolution. When you make changes locally, you could tell it to not notify specific notification handlers, which (if you do this everywhere you make changes locally) will only leave notification from external changes. See here:
We currently do not expose the transaction log that shows conflict resolution in action but for users that would like to implement their own custom conflict resolution rules could do so by editing their schema to support this. For instance, if a user wanted the first insert into the list to win or if you wanted a specific user's insert to always win you could instead of having a string variable change it to a RealmList. Then your app code would have logic to follow your conflict resolution rules and compare objects in the RealmList which is what the end-user would view. We do not have example app code to implement this today but I have added this to our docs backlog.
